Emergency Therapeutic Strategy For Narrow Qrs Complex Tachycardia

Among the arrhythmias, narrow QRS complex tachycardias constitute a major portion of cardiac emergency. Narrow QRS complex tachycardia is frequently encountered in patients without any structural heart disease overwhelming its emergence as a life threatening arrhythmia accompanying structural heart disease. Appropriate diagnosis and emergent initiation of therapy is of vital importance.
