Acute Abdomen In Systemic Diseases

In adults, abdominal pain, distention ve intestinal bleeding often indicate the need for surgical intervention. Children, however experience a number of infectious, immunologic and hemotologic diseases which can be accompanied by strongly suggestive acute surgical disorders. Although many of these diseases produce complications which may require surgical interventioni in most of the cases careful medical management suffice. Operationn in such disorders may completely unrewarding anda re often dangerous and may occur disastrous.
