Surgical Approach To Cervicothoracic Traumas

Although cancer, cardiovascular diseases and trauma are the main three reasons of deaths in all ages, multi-trauma is the first reason in young adults. Like in all others the first aim must be to perform life-saving procedures with securing adequate airway, circulation and hemodynamic stability in cervicothoracic traumas.
