Approach To The Acute Diaphragmatic Lesions

Acute daiphragmatic lesions may cause some important problems threating the life. These lesions may be limited in the diaphragm or included abdominal and thoracic organs.
For the life threating conditions, it is necessary to be agressive on diagnosis or treatment activities. The optimum usage of CT or MRI may be helpfull for diagnostic studies. After diagnosis, the management of the patient is very important. An unnecessary operation or not to do a neceessary operation may increase the risk for patient.
