Medical Management And Observation In Emergencies Of Thoracic Surgery

Although most of urgent problems of thoracic surgery require immediate surgical management medical practice and observation time before the surgical approach become important. Thoracic trauma is the most common situation that seen in emergencies of thoracic surgery. The others are spontaneous pneumothorax, foreign body aspiration, pneumomediastinum and massive hemoptysis.
