Major Symptoms And Formation Mechanisms That Occur In Poisoning

aÇevre Mühendisliği Bölümü, Trakya Üniversitesi Çorlu Mühendislik Fakültesi, TEKİRDAĞbFarmakoloji AD, Trakya Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi, EDİRNE In the case of an acute and chronic poisoning, the diagnosis could be reached upon patient'S application to the doctor or with clinic examination and laboratory tests or further when in the case of exicitus, pathology might have been given the sufficient results. But pathological indications on hand could not be sufficient in itself because of toxic substances have mostly the common effect of poisoning but possibly varies from the patient to the other. Final diagnosis should be given with the help of laboratory results. Principal indicators of acute and chronic poisoning are; hypoksie, cardiovascular insufficiency, neorologic, haematologic, liver and kidney failures resulting in skin, eye and bone structure failures and immune system defects.Keywords: Acute and chronic poisoning, action mechanisms, toxicological effectsTurkiye Klinikleri J Surg Med Sci 2006, 2(46):6-32
