Major issues considered as important and concerning physicians have been presented after a review of the former Turkish Criminal Law (no 765), the newly introduced Turkish Criminal Law (no 5237) and Malpractice Law.
Important new features in the newly introduced laws and drafts, require full awareness of physicians.
