Clinical Examination Methods In Ophthalmological Emergencies

The evaluation of the patients that are admitted to emergency department should consist of a detailed history, visual acuity, pupillary examination, extraocular movements, color vision and fundus examination. Patients who admit with trauma should be examined for ocular integrity after general and neurologic status is stabilized.
