Forensic Problems In Obstetrics And Gynecologic Emergencies

The Statute on Socialization of Health Services which came into force on Jan. 5th, 1961 says that: “Medical services are the activities done in order to get rid of the factors that are harmful to health, prevention of the public from these factors, treatment of ill people, rehabilitation of the disabled”. Medical malpractices occur during these services if the health care personnel act in a negligible way.
Experts of gynecology and obstetrics are responsible of writing legal reports and providing forensic examinations. While doing these, they have to obey the legal procedures.
